Hannover

Hannover is one of Germany's hubs of industry, transportation and commerce, and its annual digital information and telecommunication fair (CeBIT) is still the largest such fair in the world, attracting producers and customers from around the world. Besides that, Hannover is a modern city with a rich tradition and an "urban-living-style" character, beautiful gardens, municipal and royal parks. It is a university capital with important cultural centres and admirable shopping facilities. Furthermore, the city has a 14th-century market church, the "Marienkirche", a 15th-century town hall with the famous gable and numerous museums, such as the Sprengel Museum near the Masch Lake, which is becoming an important center for modern art. This hotel is located directly at the HCC, the meeting venue within the Eilenriede Park. Nice walking and jogging possibilities. The Hannover Zoo is nearby, pool and sauna are available.

Meeting venue HCC

Embedded in the splendid atmosphere of a beautiful park and rosen gardens, the Hannover Congress Centrum (HCC) offers everything you expect from one of the largest and most efficient conference centres of Germany.The HCC is situated not only amidst greenness, but also in the centre of the city. From the Main Station it only takes 10 minutes to get to the HCC. The Hannover Congress Centrum is also easily reached by car. It is just 500 metres from the motorway "Messeschnellweg" (A37) which connects the motorways A2 and A7. Good connections from the international airport ensure a quick arrival at the HCC. Transportation

Hannover airport is connected by a fast track train with downtown (central railway station).The line is S5 (follow the signs at the airport) and trains run every 30 minutes from 5.00 to 24.00 h. Price of a single ticket is approx. 3 €.
At the central railway station you may change into the bus and underground traffice service with the same ticket.
A taxi is most convenient to get to your hotel, price approx. 25 €.

Meeting venues and hotels are nearby the stations of the public underground transportation service. Informations how to get to the HCC or the INI using the public transportation service are available in the hotels.

Please note that you have to get a ticket before entering the train. You get the ticket from local vending machines at the stations.
